We provide an environment where children who want to play in groups, relax, release stress, and need individual support can have confidence in themselves and feel that they are one of us. We create a play park (adventure play area) with the children, and create a place for interaction between the local community and children.

By creating play spaces and playing in them, children's foundational senses for development (proprioception, parallelism, and kinesthesia) are also stimulated.

By being able to play freely and independently, children will be able to have ``unfounded confidence'' in themselves.

In addition, students will develop social skills by interacting with many people through interactions with local residents.
" Unfounded confidence" is something that cannot be compared to others and is based on one's own subjective evaluation. "Founded confidence" is something that has a standard for comparing oneself to others, such as running speed or academic ability, and is based on objective evaluations from others.
Confidence that is maintained by having a basis cannot be overcome if that basis is lost, and it may even be difficult to challenge. It is the feeling of being able to give yourself the OK, not having someone else's approval. This is called "unfounded confidence," and having unfounded confidence is what "playing freely empowers children." In other words, it brings out the maximum potential within the child. At Valley of the Wind, we see this not as a task for the children, but as an adult's task, and aim to create an environment in which children can regain their natural development, develop "unfounded confidence," and build the foundation for human development.
